Still More Rib Work (7/21/10)

1.3 Hours -

I’ve shaved 2 minutes off my average time for wing rib prep. Six more ribs are finished, but there are still 2 that are completely untouched, and 12 that need to be fluted and have the lightening holes deburred. Oh, there is also a bunch of leading edge and fuel tank ribs that I haven’t even thought about yet.

The rib on the right hasn't been fluted. Notice how it bows upward from the workbench. The rib on the left has been fluted and it lies flat.
