2.0 Hours -
I’m definitely feeling a bit more comfortable riveting and sealing the tank ribs. This time, two ribs only took me two hours (including setup and cleanup). So, I’ve shaved off about 15 minutes per rib. Plus, my work is a little nicer. One thing that helped is that I’m now mixing 44 grams of sealant for each rib instead of 33 grams. That little bit extra really comes in handy when it comes time to make the filets.
Now, I only have one more of the more challenging interior ribs to install, as well as the two exterior ribs. The two exterior ribs will be easier since all the rivets can be squeezed.
